Ashley Soro is not only your retreat facilitator, but she is your ultimate hype girl, heart-centered leader, and safe space keeper.
It all started with a vibrant & full of energy frizzy-haired little girl… she was never afraid to use her voice, she got up on stage to give a speech to be on her elementary school's committee board, and she never slowed down for anyone in P.E. Unafraid to own her power, she knew she could accomplish whatever she wanted to.
So what happened to her? Somewhere along the line she stopped believing in possibility. She stopped thinking anything was possible & instead started picturing any and all worst case scenarios.
As a former professional athlete in 2 different industries, she knows what it takes to level up; but her zone of genius lies in creating the ultimate environment for YOU to do the same! You know that you're made for more and you're only JUST scratching the surface to make it happen.
Going from an athlete with an entire team of cheerleaders to a solo sport entirely focused on herself, she missed her community. Who was going to sneak into her room past lights out and share their deepest & darkest secrets with her? Getting older also meant less time truly connecting with other like-minded women... where could she do more of that?!
She has worked with women through ALL walks of life. Through trial and error and a relentless desire to truly understand her clients’ deep rooted issues, she has cultivated life-changing experiences to bring out the best in her retreat sisterhoods

Ashley has been a transformation coach for 7 years and began hosting transformational retreats in 2020.
My mission is to provide a safe space for healing, transformation, both inward and outward, to meet your highest self as your current self & embrace your evolution.
I’m fluent in Italian and I am OBSESSED with sweets. Andiamo a mangiare il gelato!

I was in the best shape of my life...
My fitness and nutrition coaching program was thriving, and I'd just completed my professional debut as a fitness model in Las Vegas.
yet, I was anything but happy internally...
Despite the external success, something inside me felt off, as if I were wearing a mask, pretending to be someone I wasn't.
What had changed? I realized that my thoughts, beliefs, and daily routines weren't in harmony with what I truly desired in life. I was afraid to embrace my whole self, uncertain of what it meant to believe in the unmasked, authentic 'me.' Questions swirled in my mind: Who am I, really? Do I have what it takes to make a genuine impact? Why was I still grappling with these questions, even after all my achievements?
The answer lay in the unresolved energy within me, holding me back from pursuing the very calling that I felt deep down. And that's precisely what I confronted in Cabo, at our transformational retreat. It was a moment of truth that almost slipped away because I doubted if the "Real Ashley" had the courage to follow through.
